Eggs will be an assortment from our rainbow layer hens (Easter Eggers, Olive Eggers, Marans mixes, Pure Ameraucanas, Pure Legbars). Most eggs will be fertilized by our Brahma roosters. However, in 2021 (particularly earlier in the year) there will be a chance that some Ameraucana and Legbar eggs may be fertilized by our Ameraucana rooster. Any of these chicks would be easily identified at hatch by a lack of down on their legs. This would produce pure Ameraucanas and Ameraucana/Legbar crosses; all would be guaranteed blue layers.
