Your order may be filled within weeks to months, depending on the number of other pending orders. Please contact us if you would like an estimated ship date prior to ordering. We will notify you when your order is currently being filled and will provide tracking information after it has been shipped. Please review the hatching egg policy on the FAQ page prior to placing your order.
An additional flat rate shipping fee of $25 per shipment will be added at checkout to cover both shipping and packaging costs. Eggs are carefully packaged in our custom foam shippers, cushioned with air cells, and double boxed. If you have a strong preference against foam shippers, please let us know and we can discuss alternative packaging. The box will be labeled "Hold for Pickup" with your phone number, unless you specify otherwise in your order notes.
Each package can only fit one dozen eggs (plus extras). If more than one dozen is ordered then each dozen will be shipped separately and incur separate shipping fees, regardless of whether or not they are of the same variety.
